This fun and relaxed class allows some time for Mum to stretch and bond with her baby. The class begins with playful baby yoga and massage before focusing on restorative poses and relaxation for Mum. Followed by a safe and gentle practice to stretch, slowly regain strength, and heal postpartum, whilst including our babies. Classes are very easygoing, supportive, and social for new Mums.
*It is recommended to wait a minimum of 6 weeks postpartum following a vaginal delivery and a minimum of 12 weeks following a C-section, before returning to exercise.
